COVID-19 UPDATE

We work with Australia Post who are taking all available safety precautions to minimise the risks presented by the current global pandemic.  

Longer-than-usual delivery times:  Overseas restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights may affect delivery times.  You can estimate delivery times using the domestic or international destination guide available at www.auspost.com.au

Delays to delivery times:  The International delivery times are likely to be delayed by coronavirus disruptions.  Thank you for your patience, kindness & understanding.  We endeavour to deliver your Punch Jewellery order to you as soon as possible. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

*We ship within Australia and Worldwide with Australia Post.

*If you are purchasing as a gift for someone special, please order in advance to allow for on-time delivery.

*At checkout, you can find out what type of shipping, delivery, costs & locations are available for you.  Please read below for ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES for your country.

*All orders are tracked with Australia Post to ensure the safe delivery of your package(s). 

*If your parcel/order has been lost in transit you can contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 with your tracking number.

*Feel free to contact info@punchjewellery.com if you have any queries or concerns regarding the shipment of your order & we can assist you together with Australia Post on tracking your order. 

*Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. 

*We also advise to check the address you gave once you get the order notification. If you find any mistake, please contact us within 24 hours or as soon as possible at info@punchjewellery.com.  However, if the order has already been dispatched, Punch Jewellery is not responsible & we do not offer refunds for these situations.

*Please understand that Punch Jewellery is not responsible for orders lost in the post, we will of course do our best to support & guide you in tracking your order together with Australia Post.  We do not offer refunds for these situations.  Each order is clearly labeled & carefully packed.   We are confident that your order will make it to you safely.

*Items damaged in the post are not our responsibility and we are not required to issue a refund for this.  Each order is carefully packed with tissue paper in a rigid box, and we are confident that it will make it to you safely. 

*Please note, if you do not choose the signature on delivery option, Punch Jewellery will not be responsible should Australia Post lose it.

*We do not refund orders simply because they take too long to deliver/ship to you, especially due to the current coronavirus pandemic.  When you place an order with us, you are acknowledging that shipping will take longer. 

*We strongly advise to use an address where there is someone for reception during the day, to make sure the package is received and collected on the first attempt.

*International Delivery Times:  (As advised by Australia Post.) ~All international delivery times are calculated & made from Victoria to that country of destination.

 BUSINESS HOURS

Punch Jewellery operates from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (Melbourne time) and not on local/pubic holidays.  

TAXES & DUTIES

Within Australia, GST is included.  

OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA:  Once your package reaches your country, you may be subject to local import taxes, duties and customs.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.  Punch Jewellery is not liable for any of these charges & are the responsibility of the person who places the order.
