Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Punch Jewellery is very proud of crafting one-of-a-kind handmade pieces with quality materials. 

*If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of making your order, or sooner if possible at info@punchjewellery.com.  If we have not packed your order, we will happily refund you in full, however if your order has already been posted we will not be able to refund you.

*If you wish to make any changes or additions to your order, please email us within 24 hours of making your order, or sooner if possible at info@punchjewellery.com.  Any changes to your order must be clearly stated in your email and approved by Punch Jewellery.  However, if your order has already been packed & posted, unfortunately we wont be able to apply those changes. 

*If your parcel has been lost in transit you can contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 with your tracking number.

*Please understand that Punch Jewellery is not responsible for orders lost in the post, we will of course do our best to support & guide you in tracking your order together with Australia Post.  We do not offer refunds for these situations.  Each order is clearly labeled & carefully packed.   We are confident that your order will make it to you safely.

*Items damaged in the post are not our responsibility and we are not required to issue a refund for this.  Each order is carefully packed with tissue paper in a rigid box, and we are confident that it will make it to you safely. 

*Please note, if you do not choose the signature on delivery option, Punch Jewellery will not be responsible should Australia Post lose it.

*We do not refund orders simply because they take too long to deliver/ship to you, especially due to the current coronavirus pandemic.  When you place an order with us, you are acknowledging that shipping will take longer. 

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

*Please do not contact us after 10 days of receiving your order expecting a return, exchange or refund.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  The item(s) must not have marks or any sign of being worn, as this does not align with our health & safety regulations.  Photographic evidence may be required prior to approval, so that Punch Jewellery can verify that the order being returned is in its original & unused condition.  

Please remember, return shipping/delivery/postage costs are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.

Keep in mind that all of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, so finding the right item to exchange will be made together with our customer.  We love to keep our customers happy in moving forward, as each customer has their own unique style.

Should we decide and approve that you are eligible for a return, which is done on a case-by-case basis, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Where this is not possible, we will issue a credit note/discount code to use online with your next order.   

*We aim to resolve any issues regarding returns & exchanges as quickly as possible.  

Damages and Issues

*Please inspect your order upon arrival and please contact us immediately, or within 48 hours upon receipt of your order, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and amend the issue to make it right with you.  You can contact me at info@punchjewellery.com

*With faulty or broken items, we require photographic evidence of the packaging and the item(s) within 48 hours upon receipt of your order.  We may require further information to ensure we have everything we need to make an informed decision on how to proceed, regarding if the damage was caused by transit or was a fault of ours. 

*Once evaluated and with prior approval from Punch Jewellery, you’ll be automatically refunded by the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Where this is not possible, we will issue a credit note/discount code to use online with your next order.   

For International Orders

*Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not the responsibility of Punch Jewellery.  A Punch Jewellery order could be held at the border.
